The car is a 2007 Care race cars chassis powered by blown nitro small block Chevy. This car competes in the NHRA nostalgia circuit from coast to coast. This year we broke into the 5 second club with an early shut off 5.95 @ 202 mph. The engine is based off of a Dart Iron Eagle block and is topped by a set of billet Alan Johnson heads and a 6/71 supercharger. The Iron Eagle Block that ran the 5.95 has over 100 sub 6.50 runs on it with no signs of fatigue.
Thanks Dart |
