The US 131 Motorsports Park in Martin, Michigan is hosting an engine giveaway for racers this September 11th 2010!The engine giveaway will take place prior to the funny car nationals and all racers who enter into the track’s Top ET or Modified bracket racing series will have a shot at winning. The top 10 racers in points standing at the conclusion of the points race will have their names randomly drawn until only one name remains.
The last racer standing will win a brand new engine built by Performance Engineering! The engine will include a Dart block, Dart CNC heads and a Dart intake manifold, a Melling billet oil pump, JE pistons, ARP fasteners and Hastings piston rings, Oliver connecting rods, Ferrea valves, Comp Cams valvetrain accessories, Scat crank, Clevite bearings and a Pro Finish powder coating.
That’s one heck of a trophy to bring home from a day at the races. If you’re in the area and you’re ready to compete, you might want to make sure you get out there!
