SBC Pro 1 ?

Just recieved a new set of Pro 1's and really for no reason other than looks, why doesn't the exhaust flange have the Dart logo on it. The part number ends in "P" so I am sure that they are Platinum castings. Really not that big of a deal, just wondering

It's fully machined from end to end, so if we were going to put the logo on there we would have to engrave it.
That's why we haven't done it to this point.

ok, just looked kind of neat, and when i talked to a tech about the way to tell visibly when you look at a pro 1 from the outside was to look for that. Yes it is machined fully from end to end. Thanks for your time.

That fully machined surface also makes for better header gasket sealing with all header brands. Enjoy your new heads.
