View Full Version : ? About my 406 SB chevy & 215cc heads

Im hoping you can help me with my decison on head choices.
Im building a 406
Mahle 10.5.1 forged flat top's
Scat crank internally balanced 3.75 and 6" rods
PP huricane single plane
750 mighty Demon carb
leaning toward s a 242-245 range @ .050 comp roller
6,500 is the range im hoping to bring it all in at.

Car is a 48 Chevy fleetline pro street 350 tranny with a 3,500 stahl
9" with a 4-link 4.30 gears with 33" tires
car will be mostly street strip car like to get some track time in it aswell
car weights around 3,100- 3,200 pounds

Looking for a great overall Head to make great torque and pull the car really hard with this set up, im leaning towards the 215 72cc stage 2 heads whats your opion on this set up and will this size head be a good match to my combo?
