CNC BLOCKS

Working on a new Dart block 31131111 and just measuring the lifter bores as they need to be finished at .8438 but the bores are at .8440 at the top and the bottom is .8432.
The biggest problem is one of the lifter bores at the top is gouged up making the fist 1/2 inch of the lifter bore over size by a .0015
The real only fix is to machine the .875 and I am sure that the customer will not want to pay for this. And I don't blame him.
Have not heard back from Dart yet as we will see how much help thay are.
Its hard to believe that with the million dollar equipment Dart has they are sending out work like this.
Any one seen this lately as this has not been a problem in the past!!!
I posted this on http://speedtalk.com/forum/ to see if this has been an on going problem.
