what and if any offset with jesel .937 keyway lifters and who offers a head stud kit for these?

you will need a .150" offset on the intake and centered on the exhaust.

Be aware, our Little Chief head requires special lifter bore locations and bank angles.

DART offers head studs for the Little Chief head for both iron and aluminum blocks.
