i am running a wet sump iron eagle block 9.2
i am unsure on what size restriction to use
i am thinking of blocking the front and restricting the rear to create a priority main system. any help or better ideas would be greatly appreciated.

We dont really like to give exact sizing, there are many factors that engine builders use when determining what is the best choice for orific size. Main bearing clearances, oil control by the oil pan, type of oil pump, lifter type, overall application, you can see there are many variables. We have engine builders that run the restrictors as small as .060 to as large as .120.

I would not do that, you can run the block without restrictors and have plenty of oil volume gettin back down the the larger 7qt. sump. If you do use restrictors, we use .060 in the 2 galleys to keep the oil from putting alot up top.
