I have a 632 aluminum block engine, Big Chief 18 deg heads full cnc port, 94 cc chambers and dished pistons for 11.25 comp. Dynoed on C14 and was found to like 33deg timing.
I am running this thing on Shell V-power pump gas and using 33 deg timing but it seems to lack a lot of power, compared to the dyno sheet (like a 100hp). Do you think it needs more or less timing?

What kind of fuel system did you use on the dyno and is it close to what your running in the car? Is there any signs of detination while running the pump gas? with the differences in fuels you might want to try different timing.

Same 1150 carb on the dyno as in the car. In car, fuelcell, Pro Star 500 pump, 5/8" line, magnafuel regulator. No signs of detonation at all.
What are a typical timing for these heads?
