Ran into a problem when getting ready to Degree my Cam, my lifters are to short. They do not follow the cam lobe all the way around, just 3/4 maybe. I have Erson Roller Lifters that worked great on my last cam in the 383 c.i motor. That cam was a small base circle .630 lift cam. My new cam for my Dart little M is a small base circle .675 lift cam. Both cams are Billet Roller Cams.
Obviously I need longer lifters. Any one have a suggestion on which roller lifters to get.

It sounds as if you have std small block chevy roller lifters. You need the "Bow Tie/aftermarket block" lifters, They are 11570-16 from Crane and are Mikronite processed. That is the Ultra-Pro and they go for a little over $500

I first tryed using the lifters from my GM 350 block (bored for 383c.i) not knowing there was a difference with Dart blocks.
So I take it that the Bow Tie/Aftermarket block lifters are .300 longer.
Thanks for the replys guys

Morel makes more lifters than anyone else along with the Nascar lifter and bushing kits. Yes they make Lunati's. Been for 2-3 years now. Never had a problem. They also do it for PBM, which is becoming a but kicking company. The owner is also a very wise business lady whom is quite a looker. Just kidding, shes on top of things for this company. Everyone one makes money, I know your a shopper, thats why I put that out there.

Most of the time when I am ordering stuff, I get it right from VSI. Its hard to beat there price and service. Get the part number and any other info from Steve and then make the call. There are some situations where I will do it differently. Customer service is one of them. If I talk to a guy and he takes the time out of his busy day to offer some advice to me "FREE", I will gladly just buy the part, no questions asked. I figure that good advice from a professional is well worth a markup. But, if a guy wants me to pay him a 70+$ markup just so he can drop ship it to me, never even touching the part........no way.
