What is a good spark plug to start with?

I am putting together a new engine for my bracket car. Have Dart little M, 4.155" bore X 3.875" stroke, Dart Pro-1 platinum 230 runner 64 cc aluminum heads. Have 12.5 JE pistons.I am going to use E-85 as fuel. What will be a good spark plug to start out with?
