i am building a 383 sbc for nitrous use and want to use a 6.00 manley aluminium
rod . i am using a cola crank 3.750 stroke , and plan on using a dart sportsman little m block does this block have solid pan rails and will i be able to get enough clearance without breaking through to water jackets i would appreciate if you could answer this question thanks.;)

Yes this will work. No you won't go into the water. But you only need about .060" clearance. So don't over do it.. When clearancing for the rotating assemlby... once you get to the safe area...going an extra bit does nothing for you.
Doubt you have any problems...but make things swing past the cam also. You'll have to degree in the cam and try every hole.
