Internal balance crankshaft

Dose it requires to use harmonic damper when my crankshaft has internal balance.

Yes,

It is necessary to run a harmonic balancer even though it’s internally balanced. The balancer will absorb the harmonics created by the internal combustion process and valve train when the engine is running at higher Rpms.
