All your stock parts should be fine, but I always recommend mocking everything up just to be sure.
If you are currently running stock heads on it, I would expect that you will pick up around 40hp with a set of as-cast iron eagles out of the box.
I can't speak for the cam, of course.

Your stock cylinder heads use bolt down pedistal type rocker arms. You will need to run adjustable stud mount rocker arms and pushrods suitable for guide plates. Also you will need to use a stepped head bolt available from arp.

40's pretty decent, cuz i was looking at the trickflows as well and their like 600 more, i want me car to reach 300hp and i'll be happy, is that possible with dart heads, and a good cam and intake?

I'm not sure that I understand what you mean.
The iron eagle heads are used in engines making a whole lot more than 300hp all the time, that won't be a problem at all.
Are you asking how much horsepower the heads can handle or about how much horsepower you might gain just from switching heads?

You'll be able to make 300 hp very easy with these heads....unless you're going to use dowel a rod for a cam. lol

Ah, ok, yeah I'd guess around 40hp as I said before.
