trans and pinion angle

On my ladder bar bracket car my trans angle is pointing up 1 degree measured off the end of the tail shaft. My pinion yoke is pointing down 1 1/2 degree. Is this ok?

measure the pinion angle then the drive shaft angle, add or subtract the 2 and that is your angle. It looks like you are 2½° -. Pinion angle is measured off the pinion then off the drive shaft.
