Default 18*SBC 421 0r 440 Build?

I recently purchased a new SBC Dart IE Tall deck BBC cam journal block and was thinking about building a SBC 421 or 440" motor. I have a set of 268 BMF 18* heads with a (2859Glidden)fully ported from RFD. I plan on spraying 300 to 400 nos from time to time.

I was wanting to make over 800hp n/a with this build. What size motor would u build with this combo? How much compression would u have? What would be the pro's and cons of both motors and which would be the fastest? Thanks for any and all the help/info/advice

I'm running a SS stang 2900@with driver 315 drag radials+29.5/10.5 MT 1.76pg. Car hooks hard and drives well.
