You do realize that you can figure what your head is going to flow at 100" by using your #'s at 28" right? The # at 28" is just a unit of measure. Have you ever seen a bench that flows 10"? All you have to do is Calculate up to the 28" #. So it doesn't matter what vacum you pull the head is going to flow what it flows.
NO

You can flow fine @ 28" and it will show XXX @ 100" but if you were to flow the head @55" to 100" and find airflow problems within the port design
