Our aluminum heads, including the Pro1 Platinum heads and many of our Race Series designs, are cast from superior C355-T61 aerospace alloy for maximum efficiency at the high temperatures and pressures present in high powered racing engines. Whether it's the affordable Iron Eagle series, the aluminum Pro1 Platinum, or one of our Race Series designs, Dart uses premium iron alloys and C355-T61 aerospace aluminum alloys to create strong, durable cylinder heads. We don’t stop at superior materials and casting processes though, we’ve developed more efficient port designs with improved velocity and flow capabilities. The combustion chambers and ports have been redesigned for greater breathing characteristics and more controllable combustion.

LS1 Heads

Dart LS-1 style high performance cylinder heads have better airflow, more efficient combustion, and more user friendly features than production LS-1 castings, and costs less than comparable OEM heads. Available in as-cast or CNC ported styles.
