Dart's DC8 coating is a low cure temperature, alkyd based solution specifically designed to prevent salt water corrosion in marine applications. DC8 is commonly used in the water jackets of intake manifolds and cylinder heads. DC8 does not impede heat transfer and is excellent for use with both iron and aluminum heads.
