Timing Chain Covers |

Dart has introduced a new cast aluminum timing chain cover for big-block Chevrolets with camshafts that have been raised .400" higher than the stock cam location. The raised cam option, which is offered on Dart Race Series aluminum big-block Chevrolets, provides more clearance for long stroke rotating assemblies and permits the use of shorter, stiffer pushrods for improved valvetrain dynamics.
